Summary
The season opens with Alicia fighting giant spiders as a black tower rises over a school, with Klen on top holding the Book of Toa. It then goes back to how they got there.
Klen has become Luna’s magic instructor. At the Ancient Bridge, T’ala and Alicia meet King Yuriel of Eslinn and Emperor Beis Werz of Boelate. Beis’s guard Jazhak, the true leader of the Crows, clashes with the Sword Saint Owen Koath, and takes an interest in Alicia and her sword. The conference reveals that Drel experimented on infants and that his secrets lie in the Solsein Seminary Seminary.
Klen and Alicia enroll as exchange students, with Klen making Alicia’s body younger, much to her embarrassment. They meet the other exchange students: Edison, the childlike Sarasa, the twins Tygel and Leon and the prodigy Ray Forrester. Naie, sent by Beis, works at the school, and Meynard is revealed to be alive in prison. Princess Milea of Boelate talks with the headmaster, Elro Romain. When the twins pick a fight with Ray, he beats them both, and Klen senses a strange power in him.
